Omni Family of Services
The Omni Family of Services is a multi-state human services agency that serves adults and children. They employ an Omni-developed trauma competent model of care focused on bridging the gap between behavioral, physical health, and social services to help keep kids, families, and communities strong and healthy.

McNabb Center
The McNabb Center provides outpatient mental health care at clinics across East Tennessee for adults, children and families. Outpatient services include diagnostic assessment, counseling medication and psychiatric services.

Transformation Center
The Transformation center in Dayton is a faith-based counseling center that exists to serve the greater Dayton community. At The Transformation Center, you will find therapists with a broad range of specialties, including adolescent counseling, marriage and family therapy, grief and trauma therapy, and Biblical/pastoral counseling.
